All of our customers which InfoPocket manages under our services agreements have access to our IT Service Desk Help Desk ticket system. We provide scheduled on-site maintenance and support visits as required under the SLA; and on-call engineers for emergencies. We also provide hardware and software procurement services, along with inventory, licensing, and warranty management.
